Les amis de Tenzing

The association is born in the eighties from first sponsorship to which were added tree friends.

The association's spirit started from this and year by year it has grown by word of mouth among friends.

Today we are 27 members. During these thirty years, we supported and helped thirty students each year and their families.

Now these young people are working. Some nurses, a professor of English, officials, bank clerks or, more simply, in the hotel sector.

For these young people, learned to read and write allowed them to forward in life.

The association has, among its objectives, to promptly help schools regarding particular projects.

We also help the Gampopa clinic at Darjeeling, where we helped to treat some our children's mothers.
